Makarska, from a quieter point of view.

Stay above the Riviera, close enough for the sea and old town, with enough distance to hear the landscape again.

A hillside shaped by stone, olive and sea.

The villa sits in the cultivated landscape above Makarska, where old terraces meet the lower slopes of Biokovo.

Its elevated position opens the view toward the town, Adriatic and islands while the surrounding trees keep the house private. This is a place to enjoy Makarska without living in its busiest streets.

A small journey into quiet.

The last part of the arrival is unusual—and essential to the character of the house.

  1. 01

    Park securely

Leave the car in the villa's reserved parking area at the end of the access road.

  2. 02

    Walk 150 metres

Follow the private illuminated footpath through the hillside landscape. Pack with this short walk in mind.

  3. 03

    Arrive in privacy

The path ends at the house, garden and pool—with no passing traffic and no shared outdoor spaces.

Mountain, sea and town.

Makarska makes it easy to move between nature, beach life and the waterfront without choosing only one.

Meet Makarska

The harbour, waterfront and old centre are close enough for dinner, a walk and an evening by the sea.

Everything close enough. Nothing too close.

The villa is secluded, but beaches, food and the centre of Makarska remain within easy reach by car.
